
Braised beetroot with prunes

1. Before preparing stewed beet with prunes, wash the vegetables, chop the onion into cubes, cut the beet into strips. Heat the broth.

2. Take a frying pan, heat it up, add vegetable oil and put the onion in it. Sauté slightly, reduce the heat on the stove, and add the chopped beetroot. Mix.
