
Fish stewed in tomato
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Fish surprisingly goes well with many vegetables: tomatoes, potatoes, onions, bell peppers. So, by using this recipe as a base, you can prepare fish to your liking, thus diversifying your everyday menu. Serve hot.

Slice the pitted olives into rounds, peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then cut the flesh into cubes.

In a skillet, brown the garlic in olive oil, then add the sliced olives.

After 2 minutes, add the tomatoes, chopped dill, black pepper, and salt. Cook the sauce over medium heat for 15 minutes. The sauce should become thick.

Place the fish steaks in the tomato sauce so that the sauce covers them, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning the fish pieces once.

If the tomato sauce turns out too thick, you can add a little white wine, heat the dish, and serve it hot with the sauce.
