
Braised turkey liver
Description

Place the liver in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Then let the excess liquid drain off. Cut the liver into small pieces, removing any membranes.

Heat a frying pan on the stove. Place a piece of butter in the pan and melt it. Add the liver and sear it on all sides for about 3 minutes.

Wash and dry the leek. Slice it into rounds and add to the liver to sauté. You can also add any other vegetables you like to make a complete dish.

Sauté the leek together with the liver for a few minutes. Then pour in the cream and mix thoroughly. Add dried garlic and simmer over low heat for five minutes.
