Stewed liver
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can add another simple hot dish to your collection, perfect for dinner. It pairs well with rice and buckwheat. I used a minimum of additional ingredients. Choose any liver you like—I used veal liver. Serve hot.

Step 4

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Fry it in this fat until cooked. Add the paste and simmer for 1 minute. Then combine the liver with the skillet ingredients in a pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in warm water.

Step 5

Bring the dish to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Do not cook longer, otherwise the liver will become tough.
