Braised chicken liver in a multicooker
Description
Chicken liver is an affordable and inexpensive product that should definitely be included in our menu. It's very easy to cook, and even easier if you have a multicooker. I'll tell you how.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly, trim off any excess, and cut into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Add a little vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode. Add the peeled onion, sliced into half-rings or rings.
- 3
Step 3

While the onion is frying, add a little beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper to the liver and mix well.
- 4
Step 4

Fry the onion until golden, then remove it from the multicooker.
- 5
Step 5

Now add the liver to the bowl and sear on all sides for 4-5 minutes, no more.
- 6
Step 6

We fried the liver, so we can add the onion now.
- 7
Step 7

Next, add sour cream, mix well, and set the "Stewing" mode for 20 minutes. If necessary, add more salt.
