Braised chicken leg
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I cook chicken very often because this meat is quite economical and doesn't require long preparation. I've tried various methods—frying, baking—but for me, all these options seem too dry. I prefer meat that is very tender and literally melts in the mouth, so I've found the perfect recipe for myself and now want to share it with you. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

Rinse the chicken drumsticks thoroughly under water and pat them dry with a towel. Then rub the chicken all over with salt and spices.

Place a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat and heat it well. Reduce the heat, add the drumsticks to the pan, and sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
