Braised red fish
Description
Every experienced cook knows how to make red fish juicy and tender when frying it in a pan. The secret lies in the sauce. It is the sauce that makes the fish juicy, tender, and flavorful. Red fish is most commonly used for stewing and is typically cooked with a white sauce. Sour cream and herbs are a perfect combination, so today I suggest preparing stewed red fish using a classic recipe.
