Braised potatoes with oyster mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Before starting to cook, I'd like to note that you can use not only fresh oyster mushrooms, but also frozen, dried, or even marinated ones. You can diversify the dish by adding bell pepper, cabbage, tomatoes, or any meat product. The recipe is actually quite simple and comes in handy when you need to quickly prepare a hearty and delicious meal for the whole family. Keep it in mind. Serve hot.
