Braised potatoes with chicken in a multicooker
Description
The potatoes turned out very tasty thanks to the chicken—soft, juicy, and highly aromatic. For this dish, I chose ground black pepper, oregano, and garlic. These spices are more than enough to prepare a flavorful dinner. Let's get started.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. Take any part of the chicken—you can use half a chicken or a whole one, in which case increase the amount of potatoes. I cut off two legs from the chicken.

Step 2

2. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into pieces.

Step 3

3. Cut the chicken drumstick into three pieces.

Step 4

4. Chop the onion and garlic.

Step 5

5. Place the chicken legs in the multicooker pot first, sprinkle with spices, and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the potatoes on top, mix, and continue frying. The fat will render out from the chicken legs.

Step 6

6. Add onion, garlic, salt, and water. Close the lid and select the appropriate mode. I often cook such dishes in the "Soup" mode—it turns out very quickly and deliciously, cooking time is 40-45 minutes.
