Stewed potatoes with turkey in a multicooker
Description
I used turkey drumsticks for cooking. But this is not mandatory—basically, any part of the bird will work. Coriander and ground black pepper are excellent spices to use here. Happy cooking!
Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and rinse under running water. Cut into not too large half-rings on a cutting board.

Step 2

Rub the turkey with spices. Place it in the bottom of the multicooker, greased with two tablespoons of oil. Add the chopped onion. Set to "Baking" mode for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes. Wash them with cold water. Cut into large strips and fry in a pan coated with 3 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown. Then transfer the fried potatoes to the multicooker bowl. Set the "Stewing" mode for 2 hours.

Step 4

Meanwhile, you can do many things, for example — prepare something else for lunch. This is a great advantage of any multicooker. As soon as the timer ends, open the multicooker lid and portion the dish onto plates. Such a delicious treat!
