
Braised potatoes with cauliflower
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's very simple to make and is stewed right in the frying pan. This recipe also works well for a multicooker. There's no need to pre-boil the cauliflower— all the vegetables are sautéed and then simmered in sauce. The finished dish can be served immediately.

1. The most affordable ingredients will be needed for this dish. Stewed potatoes with cauliflower can be made with meat or just vegetables—your choice. If you're short on time, you can prepare the stew using only potatoes and cabbage.

2. Separate the cabbage into florets, wash them, and place in a frying pan to lightly sauté in vegetable oil. Once sautéed, transfer to a pot.

3. Dice the potatoes and chop the onion. Add to the frying pan and sauté as well.

4. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the vegetables as well.

5. Add a little curry (it enhances the flavor of the vegetables in this dish well).

6. Now mix all the vegetables and sauté them together over low heat. Season with salt to taste.

7. Add a little adjika or tomato paste. Adjika is preferable in this case. Then pour in a glass of boiled water, add a bay leaf, and simmer over low heat.
