
Braised cabbage with pork in a multicooker

It's well known that stewed cabbage is an excellent side dish for any kind of meat. When cabbage and pork are stewed together in a multicooker, you get two-in-one. The cabbage absorbs the meat juices and becomes much more flavorful. Moreover, there's no need to attend to each ingredient separately, significantly reducing kitchen chores and helping the hostess serve a hearty, delicious dinner. The ready dish can be served at the table.

1. Before cooking, wash the meat and remove excess moisture. Cut it into small pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Transfer the chopped pork into it. Set the "Sauté" program and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Combine the carrots and onions cut into small pieces with the meat, continue frying. Slice the cabbage into strips. Place it into the cooking pot.

3. Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little water and tomato paste.
