Braised cabbage with sausages in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. First, peel and finely dice the onion. 2. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot, select the "Sauté" mode. When the oil is heated, add the onion and sauté until translucent. 3. Meanwhile, peel and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Add it to the pot and continue sautéing, stirring occasionally. 4. Cut the sausages into medium pieces. Add them to the vegetables. 5. Shred the cabbage. Add it to the pot, gently mix everything and sauté for another couple of minutes. 6. Pass the peeled garlic through a garlic press. 7. Add tomato sauce with garlic to the pot (you can also use tomato paste in this recipe for stewed cabbage with sausages in a multicooker, but it must first be diluted in water). 8. Mix everything thoroughly again, season with salt to taste, add a pinch of pepper, a bay leaf for aroma, and any other spices you like. 9. Now set the "Stew" mode for 30–35 minutes if you prefer firm cabbage, or 45–55 minutes if you like it soft and well-cooked. 10. Once the stewed cabbage with sausages in the multicooker is ready, it can be served immediately. The finished dish is ready to serve.
