Braised cabbage with turkey in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey goes very well with cabbage; it's much more filling than chicken, yet cooks faster than pork or beef. To prepare stewed cabbage with turkey in a multicooker, we'll need a medium-sized cabbage head, tomato paste for color and flavor, onion, and carrot. And, of course, turkey fillet. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Dice the onion and grate the carrot. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Baking" mode for forty minutes without closing the lid. Place the onion into the multicooker.
- 2
Step 2

Add the carrots. Mix well and let the vegetables sauté.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the turkey into cubes. Then add the meat to the vegetables in the multicooker. Continue frying, stirring.
- 4
Step 4

While the vegetables and poultry are roasting, shred the cabbage. Then add the cabbage to the multicooker bowl, mix it with the turkey, and close the multicooker lid. Cook until the program ends and the sound signal goes off.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the water with the tomato paste.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the resulting tomato mixture into the cabbage after the signal and switch to the "Stewing" mode for another hour.
- 7
Step 7

Add spices to taste before finishing the stewing process. This is the finished stewed cabbage with turkey in a multicooker.
