Description

The recipe won't take much time. Cabbage stewed with minced meat in a multicooker is ready in just one hour. This dish is suitable for dinner or even when hosting guests. In taste, it's no different from traditional cabbage rolls and is made from the same ingredients, only the chopping and serving method is slightly different. Serve hot.

    1. I'm sharing a very simple recipe for lazy cabbage rolls. This dish can be prepared in a multicooker in less than an hour.

    Step 6

    6. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, then add the remaining ingredients in layers. Place a few cabbage leaves first (to prevent the cabbage rolls from burning), then add the cabbage, bay leaf, and whole peppercorns.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    7. Spread the meat filling as the middle layer, then add cabbage again.

  8. 8

    8. Mix the sour cream with tomato paste, add 200 ml of water, and stir well. Pour this sauce over the cabbage with the meat filling.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

    9. First, I set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. The cabbage will heat up and the liquid will start boiling. Then switch to the "Pilaf" mode. If your cabbage is fresh and young, you can skip preheating it in the baking mode.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

    10. After the signal, stir the contents of the multicooker bowl and let it stand for another 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs. This is how quickly you can prepare lazy cabbage rolls in a multicooker.
