Braised cabbage with porcini mushrooms
Description
You can prepare this cabbage with any mushrooms, even frozen ones. The cooking time depends on the cabbage, as young cabbage is much softer than winter varieties and cooks much faster. If desired, you can replace green onions with regular onion, but it should be sautéed together with the carrots.
