Braised cabbage without tomato paste
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The stewed cabbage without tomato paste has a mushroom-like flavor, despite containing no mushrooms. This effect comes from the sautéed onion. This dish is also great because many people cannot consume tomato paste due to its high acidity. This recipe is perfect for such individuals. Yet, even perfectly healthy people enjoy this cabbage with pleasure. Serve hot.
