Slice the onion into thin strips, remove the cores from the peppers, rinse them, and cut into strips. Dice the tomatoes into cubes, and finely chop the garlic with a sharp knife.

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry. Cut the fillet into thin strips.

Place the sliced tomatoes into the multicooker and pour broth over them. In a bowl, mix the sliced peppers with onion, garlic, and seasoning, then add to the vegetables in the container.

Season the chicken pieces with ground pepper and salt, then place them on top of the vegetables. Simmer the vegetables with the chicken breast covered, on the slow cooking setting. The process will take 3-4 hours on high setting. One hour before the end of cooking, add lemon juice and honey, and mix well.
