Beef stewed in beer with prunes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When choosing beef, opt for a cut with a slight marbling of fat—this ensures the dish stays juicy. Choose less glossy prunes. Use light beer, but if you enjoy a slight bitterness, you can certainly use dark beer instead. Serve hot.
