Beef stew in a multicooker

120 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Stewed beef cooked in a "Redmond" multicooker will turn out tasty, tender, and juicy. You can first sear the meat, or you can add everything at once and set the multicooker to the "stewing" mode—there won't be much difference. Searing adds flavor to the meat and helps seal in the juices. However, to sear beef properly, you need to use well-heated oil and the "frying" mode with the lid open (just like on a skillet), doing it in small batches so that the meat fries rather than steams. Then, stew the beef in the "Redmond" multicooker using the "stewing" mode for two hours. Good luck and bon appétit!
