Beef stewed with sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Serve stewed beef with sour cream with noodles, rice, or boiled potatoes. The cooking process takes a couple of hours, especially if the beef is young enough. Preparing stewed beef with sour cream can be divided into three stages: searing over high heat, simmering in broth, and stewing with sour cream. I recommend tasting the meat; if you feel it's not tender enough, continue stewing. The heat should be low—avoid vigorous boiling. Good luck, and your dish is ready to be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces, salt it, and coat in flour. You can use a bag for this.

Step 2

Heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown.

Add garlic and mushrooms. Fry, stirring, until the onions are soft. Then transfer everything from the pan to a bowl.

Step 5

In the skillet where the meat was fried, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add flour. Stir constantly to prevent burning. We're making a sauce!

Step 6

Add the tomato paste, stirring constantly, and after a couple of minutes pour in the broth.
- 7
Step 7

Return the meat to the pot and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
