Beef stewed in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use either fresh or frozen beef for this recipe. I always keep one or two pieces of beef in the freezer, prepared for occasions like making a delicious meat dinner. It's best to thaw the beef at room temperature a few hours before cooking. I usually take the meat out and let it defrost overnight in the refrigerator. The finished dish can now be served.
