Stewed beans with meat
Description
It's best to serve the stewed beans with meat in a deep plate, as the dish has a lot of liquid. Adding fresh herbs and sour cream truly makes it resemble a soup. It's a very filling meal, perfect for lunch or dinner. By the way, it's a frequent guest in our home. I think you'll enjoy it. Good luck!

Step 4

After frying the potatoes for about 5 minutes, return the meat to the pan, pour in the broth, season with salt and add spices to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer until the meat is tender, about 40 minutes. Five minutes before the dish is ready, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Done!
