    Knead a stiff dough from sifted flour, salt, butter, and sour cream. Shape it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds from the peppers. Run the pork belly, veal, onion, and hot pepper through a meat grinder; season with salt.

    On a work surface dusted with flour, roll the dough into a thin sheet.

    Place the prepared mince in the center and shape it into a log. Press the eggs into it, spacing them evenly apart.

    Cover with the free edges of the dough, having first lightly brushed them with beaten egg. Roll lightly and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Cool and serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
