Turkish doughnuts
Description
The pastries are prepared simply and quickly. Instead of walnuts, you may confidently use ground peanuts as well. To the sugar syrup you can add not only lemon juice but also some fruit essence, so the finished doughnuts will be even more distinctive and utterly unique in flavour. Serve chilled or slightly warm.
