Description

Turkish mantı is quick and very easy to prepare. The dough will be slightly sticky, but don't add too much flour, otherwise it will become dense and tough. It's better to lightly dust the work surface with flour before rolling out the dough. You can divide the dough into several portions—this will make rolling and shaping the mantı easier.
