Turkish flatbreads gözleme
Description
To prepare this dish, you need only the most common and simple ingredients that are likely already in every housewife's fridge and pantry. For the filling, we use feta cheese with fresh herbs from the fridge or garden, but you can also make the flatbreads with meat, vegetables, cheese, or even sweet versions with fruits, nuts, and dried fruits. This dish leaves plenty of room for creativity. Serve with tea or coffee.
