Delicious baked goods for the whole family. The original Turkish bagels are quite large, but at home, in my opinion, it’s more convenient to bake medium‑sized ones. Honey with sesame works wonderfully in this case. I strongly recommend adding this recipe to your arsenal. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Prepare all the ingredients we will need.

2. To begin, let's work on the dough. Dissolve the yeast with sugar in warm water. Then add salt and sifted flour. Knead a soft dough and leave it in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

3. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.

4. Add warm water to the honey to make a sweet syrup.

5. When the dough has risen, you can begin the main process. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll each into a rope.

6. Pinch the edges together so that a bagel shape is formed.

7. Dip the bagel in the honey syrup, hold for a couple of seconds. Then coat it all over with sesame seeds.
