
Tuna in a steamer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You'll need frozen tuna steaks to prepare this dish. Broccoli is a seasonal vegetable, so you can also use it in frozen form. There's no need to thaw it before cooking. To find out, serve hot.

Take the tuna steaks out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature until the fish is completely thawed. Rinse the steaks and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and ground pepper.

Place the tuna steaks in a steamer. Wash and slice the leek into rounds. Place it on top of the tuna. Do the same with the frozen broccoli. Lightly season the vegetables with salt.

Turn on the steamer and cook the dish for about fifteen minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the tuna is fully cooked.

Serve the dish hot, accompanied by fresh vegetables. Before serving, I brushed the fish with olive oil mixed with crushed peppercorns and sesame seeds.
