Description

Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Lavash rolls with a potato filling are very easy to make. You can boil the potatoes ahead of time or use leftovers from yesterday’s dinner. Besides cheese, you can add sautéed onion, fresh herbs, mushrooms, and more to the filling—it all depends on your imagination. Give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, cover with water, and boil until tender.

    Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, add salt to taste, butter, and milk. Mash into a puree. You can use ready-made mashed potatoes (leftovers from dinner).

    Put the required amount of mashed potatoes into a bowl, add grated cheese, and mix. The filling is ready.

    Cut the lavash into squares with kitchen scissors. I get 6 pieces from one lavash.
