Truffles from dry milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These candies make an excellent gift and can be served at a festive table. If you want the truffles to have a rich dark color and flavor, mix regular cocoa with alkalized cocoa. You can use dry milk of any fat content, but the higher the fat content, the more pronounced the creamy taste will be. Serve chilled.
