Cod in breadcrumbs with Parmesan

Description
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. In a small shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, cheese, cornmeal, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Set aside. Grease a baking sheet. Lightly beat the egg white. Dip the cod into the egg white, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off excess. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
