Cod in butter sauce

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Finely chop the onion. Melt 25 g of butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes until golden. Place the fish in a greased ovenproof dish. Mix the onion with salt, pepper, and the remaining butter. Season the fish with this mixture. Cover it with foil. Bake for 20–25 minutes. When the fish is ready, drizzle it with lemon juice. Garnish with parsley before serving. Serve hot.
