Cod in foil

Description

Instructions

   Step 1

   Cut the foil into squares slightly larger than the portion-sized pieces of fish. Place 1 piece of fish in the center of each square.

   In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add salt, finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture over each piece of fish.

   Sprinkle the fish with paprika and sliced thin onion rings.

   Wrap each piece of fish in foil.
