Cod in the oven with sour cream and cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any fresh fish is healthier than meat, especially for the female body. It contains a lot of phosphorus and essential microelements. This method can be used to cook almost any kind of fish. Fish cooked in the oven is much healthier than fried in oil. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

First, let's prepare the fish. If you have unprocessed cod, you need to remove the skin and clean the fish from bones. Alternatively, you can simply cut it into pieces. I used ready-made fillet, as I don't like spending too much time preparing fish. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Cut the fish into pieces. Slice the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Coat each piece of fish with sour cream. You can add soy sauce. I squeezed lemon juice. Marinate together with the onion.

Step 3

While our fish is marinating, let's prepare the herbs. Chop everything finely. You can use any herbs you like. I usually take a standard set: parsley, dill, and green onion.

Step 4

Grease the baking sheet with oil. Place the fish on it. Sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on top. Bake in the oven for one hour at 150 degrees.

Step 5

Take out the fish after the required time. Place it on a plate. It's perfect when sliced open—fully cooked through and topped with a cheesy crust. Enjoy your meal!
