Description
Baked cod in the oven is an excellent dish for lunch or dinner. Cod is very meaty and juicy, so after baking you'll end up with an incredibly delicious meal.

1. Clean the cod and rub with salt. Place half of the sliced onion cut into half-rings inside the fish.

2. Spread the remaining onion over the fish.

3. Wrap the fish in aluminum foil and let it sit for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cod for 25 minutes.
