Cod stewed in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cod is not only delicious but also healthy fish, with few bones and rich in phosphorus. It can be cooked in many different ways. I especially like stewed cod. I usually prepare it with vegetables, but today I decided to try cooking it in sour cream. It turns out very tasty. Any multicooker with a "Stewing" mode is suitable for preparing cod in a multicooker. Choose sour cream of medium fat content. Serve hot.
