Cod with paprika

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Place cod in a large pot. Mix water, sugar, and salt. Pour the mixture over the fish. The liquid should completely cover the fish. If necessary, add more water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the cod from the water, place on paper towels, and let dry. Drizzle with 6 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Serve hot with the remaining melted butter.
