Polish-style cod
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The classic Polish sauce includes parsley, which can sometimes be replaced with dill. However, no one stops you from making the sauce with basil or your favorite cilantro. Be bold, experiment! Tender diet fish, sauce, no exotic ingredients—everything is simple yet classically elegant. The finished dish can now be served.
