1. Prepare the cod, cut into portion pieces, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Sift the flour thoroughly and pour it into a bowl.

3. Now carefully coat each piece of fish in flour on all sides, and place into the multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil, and set the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Wash, peel, and finely chop the garlic and onion using a knife or a blender.

5. In the same oil in which the fish was fried, sauté the onion and garlic in "Baking" mode for about ten minutes, then pour in the sour cream and add your favorite seasonings. Simmer the sauce for a few more minutes—and it's ready!
