Sea cucumber with rice

Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. Boil the sea cucumbers in two changes of water. Simmer each time over medium heat for about 10 minutes. 2. In a deep skillet with a thin bottom (a wok is best), sauté onions, garlic, and tomatoes. It's best to peel the tomatoes beforehand. 3. Finely chop the sea cucumbers and fry until they reach your preferred level of doneness. The longer you fry them, the softer they become. 4. Meanwhile, cook rice; you can add curry powder while cooking for color and flavor. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix together with the sea cucumbers. Serve the sea cucumbers with rice along with various vegetables, or without them, but don't forget to add soy sauce to the dish. Serve hot.
