Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream with a fat content above 35%.

Peel the kiwi and rinse in water, cut into small cubes and place the chopped pieces into a cauldron or saucepan. Add 50 grams of sugar and mash with a fork or potato masher into a puree. Place the cauldron on the stove and cook the puree for about 5-6 minutes, then cool it in the refrigerator.

Place crumbled shortbread or sponge cake into glasses, cups, or dessert bowls. If you don't have sponge cake, you can crush regular cookies instead.

Whip sour cream of any fat content or cream with the remaining sugar. If using store-bought sour cream, be sure to add a sour cream thickener. Spread the sour cream cream over the kiwi jam.
