Trifle from a gingerbread cake

Description

The recipe won't take much time. There's nothing complicated about the preparation process, so don't be intimidated. You can buy the gingerbread already prepared, so you don't have to bake it yourself. If only adults will be eating the dessert, you can add a little liqueur or rum. Before serving, place the trifle in the refrigerator—the dessert should be cold! Make sure to serve it chilled.

    Prepare the dough for the gingerbread. Beat the butter at room temperature with sugar. Add half of the flour, sifted with baking powder and salt. Mix with a mixer, gradually pouring in the milk and adding eggs one at a time. Finally, add the remaining flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

    Grease the baking sheet with oil, place the dough on it. Bake the gingerbread for 30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.

    Wash the strawberries.

    Remove the stems and slice the berries into pieces.

    Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package, then let it cool. Mix the cream with the pudding and whip until fluffy.
