Chicken Toasts
Description
The appetizer comes together quickly and easily. Chicken toasts are quite simple to make, but despite the small list of ingredients, they turn out very tasty! When making this appetizer, I use roasted chicken left over from yesterday’s dinner or barbecue. If that’s not an option but you still want to make the toasts, simply pan-fry chicken breast with salt and your favorite spices. For a lighter meal, you can use boiled breast instead. There’s plenty of room for creativity — if you like, you can add sautéed onion or mushrooms to the filling; keep that in mind. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.
