    1. Heat the butter in a small saucepan and add the spinach. Wilt it, letting the excess moisture evaporate.

    2. Over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and cloves. Cook the onion until translucent.

    3. Then add garlic, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and lemon zest. Pour the cream over the onions. Bring the mixture to a boil.
