Toast with Blueberries and Cheese
Description
You can use any bread for toast; they turn out especially delicious made with baguette, ciabatta, and croissant. Don't skimp on the honey—generously drizzle the toast with it. If you have mint on hand, you can add a couple of leaves to each toast; it will add a special flavor and aroma. Can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients. If your blueberries are frozen, do not thaw them. Turn on the oven in advance and preheat it to 190 degrees.

Cut the bun into convenient slices 1.5–2 centimeters thick.

Cut the Brie cheese into long thin slices. Transfer the bun to an ovenproof dish, place the cheese on top, and bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes under the broiler. Watch the cheese closely — it should not melt too much or run.

Transfer the toast to a flat plate and drizzle with runny honey.

Quickly spread the frozen blueberries on hot toasts and serve immediately.
