Cakes for a boy's first birthday
Description
A fruit-and-cottage-cheese-based cake is the perfect dessert for a baby. This recipe is healthy and visually appealing. I will use bananas in the preparation—this fruit is very popular with one-year-old children. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Line a small round box with plastic wrap. Place a layer of children's cookies on the plastic wrap at the bottom.

Step 2

In a separate deep container, mix baby cottage cheese with yogurt. Add sugar to taste—on average, three to five teaspoons, depending on the sweetness of the store-bought cottage cheese. Heat the gelatin, previously soaked in cold water for 15 minutes, until dissolved. Pour it in a thin stream into the cheese mixture. Beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Now pour the curd and gelatin mixture into the biscuit base. Then place our future cake in the refrigerator to set for about 3.5 hours.

Step 4

Take out the cake by gently pulling the film. Place it on a large plate.

Step 5

Place a fresh batch of cookies vertically around the cake. To secure them well, wrap with a ribbon. Arrange elongated banana slices on top. Place a store-bought number "1" candle in the center of the cake. Done! You can now gift it to the little one—he will surely be delighted with such a dessert!
