Tortilla with Tuna
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tuna tortilla is a great quick dish that will save you anytime. To keep it from getting soggy, drain the liquid from the canned tuna thoroughly. You can use chunk tuna or, like I do, the salad-style variety. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with a regular firm tomato. If you don't like mayonnaise, replace it with sour cream or thick yogurt. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
