Zucchini and tomato tortilla
Description
First of all, I would like to clarify that tortilla can vary significantly from one tortilla to another. This wordplay arises because it is prepared differently in various regions and countries. There is the Mexican tortilla—a flatbread used for various fillings of vegetables and meat, serving as the base for quesadillas, burritos, and enchiladas—dishes of Mexican cuisine. There is also a more European version: the Spanish tortilla, which I suggest preparing. It differs in that it can serve as a complete meal for lunch or dinner, since potatoes are used as an ingredient. This tortilla is simpler to prepare, more filling, and will surely delight your family.
