
Tortillas with Red Fish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tortillas can be made not only with lightly salted red fish, but also with chicken, vegetables, cheese, or whatever your imagination allows. They can be served for breakfast or as a snack with hot sweet tea or coffee. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Transfer the cream cheese to a bowl. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, and finely chop it. Add the parsley to the bowl with the cheese and mix until the parsley is evenly distributed.

Spread the cream cheese with parsley in an even layer over the entire surface of the flatbreads.

Cut the lightly salted red fish into small cubes and spread it over the cheese layer.

Fold over two opposite edges, and roll the flatbreads into tight rolls.

Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
